Test and Inspection
Challenger Solutions operates a fully equipped test and inspection department. All PCB assemblies are visually inspected by experienced staff with Vision Engineering Mantis magnification equipment and high resolution Mirtec Automated Optical Inspection. In house X-ray and Ersascope are used on BGA and other complex packages.
A variety of test strategies are employed from Fixtureless In-Circuit Test (flying probe), XJTAG boundary scan and functional test utilising either customer supplied jig or equipment produced in-house.
