The investment in six pick and place machines allows Challenger Solutions to provide an extremely flexible manufacturing service including rapid prototyping and assembly-only lead times from 24 hours. Prototype requirements from hand assembled 1 offs to pre-production batches can be developed quickly and Challenger Solutions offer a wealth of design and engineering support.

Support provided at the design and development stage assists in minimising production issues and forms partnerships along the supply chain. It also requires continual investment in equipment and personnel to remain at the cutting edge of technology. Both of these are at the heart of the Challenger Solutions philosophy.
