Quality Policy
Challenger Solutions Ltd recognises that the disciplines of quality, health & safety and environmental management are an integral part of its management function. The Company views these as a primary responsibility and to be key to good business in adopting appropriate Quality Standards.
The Company Quality Policy calls for continuous improvement in its Quality management activities and business will be conducted according to the following principles:

- Work closely with our Customers and Suppliers to establish the highest quality standards.
- Adopt a forward-looking view on future business decisions which may have quality impacts.
- Train our staff in the needs and responsibilities of Quality Management.
- Regularly review and amend the Quality Management System as required.

Environmental Policy
The Managing Director has issued this policy and declares that CHALLENGER SOLUTIONS LIMITED is dedicated to continual improvement and prevention of pollution.
Protection of the environment is a key objective and all employees are aware of and assist in this goal.
The company is a specialist electronics manufacturing company and is committed to using environmentally friendly chemicals wherever possible. Where environmentally sensitive materials are used they are strictly controlled.
Energy usage is monitored and savings in consumption made wherever possible. All ink and toner cartridges are returned for recycling.
Top management is committed to complying with relevant environmental legislation and regulations and with other requirements to which the company subscribes.
Top management provides a framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives.
This policy is communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the company and reviewed for continuing suitability. The policy is also made available to the public.
